Lindsey Milne Bursary

The Lindsey Milne bursary scheme is named after Dr DL Milne in honour of his vast and selfless contributions to the Subtropical fruit industry. The SA Subtropical Growers’ Association (Subtrop) is the donor of funds to the Lindsey Milne Bursary Scheme.

SAAGA Bursary

Application closing date: 31 October

The South African Avocado Growers’ Association (SAAGA) makes bursaries available to individuals from historically disadvantaged groups for studies to towards a BSc (Agric) or equivalent degrees majoring in Horticultural Science or Agricultural Economics / Agribusiness. Persons studying towards Honours and Master’s degrees in the abovementioned fields will also be considered.
